Conference Fees:

All fees include 27% Hungarian VAT.

Registration for regular participants, IEEE/IMAPS members, committee members, authors and students includes access to all the technical sessions, exhibition area, catering (hot buffet lunch and 2 coffee breaks on all three days) and conference proceedings. Except for students, all other participant groups can also attend the conference dinner with their ticket. Additional tickets for the cconference dinner can be purchased for 99 € incl. 27% VAT.

Book your hotel room at the Budapest Marriott Hotel together with the conference registration and save up to 180 euros. We offer a room (breakfast incl.) for 199 euros a night (instead of 259 euros). Don’t miss this opportunity as the offer is only valid for the first 25 hotel rooms booked!

Cancellation policy:

• If you have to cancel your workshop registration, 80% of the participation fee will be refunded up to 8 weeks before the start of the event (until 2 August 2023). If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of the event, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded (until 16 August 2023). Up to 14 days before the start of the event, only 25% of the total price will be reimbursed (until 13 September 2023). In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• If you have booked a hotel room at the Budapest Marriott Hotel via the workshop registration system, different cancellation conditions apply: Up to 5 weeks before arrival, any room can be cancelled without penalty. From 5 weeks before arrival, one night will be charged as a penalty. Any room cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival will be charged for the entire length of stay.
